At Kpop Nara, we want you to love your fashion finds as much as your favorite idols. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a return or exchange.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, include the RMA form, and ship the package to our designated returns center.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item.
